Terms of Service

By using the AYNOO Hub website or any AYNOO Discord bot, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
1. Services covered
- AYNOO Hub website (aynoo.net) Game server listings, ARK server management dashboard, leaderboards, shop and account pages.
- AYNOO Bot Multi-purpose public Discord bot: moderation and message logs, welcome and verification, invite tracking, levels/XP and points, music, fun and info commands, and an optional AI chat channel.
- AynooBot Discord bot for the AYNOO ARK community: server status and player lists, Discord ↔ in-game chat relay, Steam account linking, Discord role ↔ in-game permission sync, and moderation tools.
- Bank Bot Discord bot providing a virtual, points-only economy: rewards, transfers, mini-games, loans and a mining simulation.
- FreeGames Bot Discord bot that posts free-game announcements (Epic, Steam, GOG, Ubisoft, Game Pass) to a channel chosen by server admins.
2. Eligibility
- You must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and with the terms of Steam/Epic where relevant.
- Server administrators who add a bot are responsible for how it is configured and used in their server.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not exploit bugs, automate commands, use multiple accounts to gain rewards, or attempt to access data or systems you are not authorized to use.
- Do not use the services to harass others, spam, or post illegal or harmful content.
- Follow the rules of each game server and Discord server. Violations may lead to warnings, kicks, bans or loss of virtual items.
4. Virtual currency and items
- Points, balances, loans, mining rewards, shop items and other virtual goods have no real-world value, cannot be purchased with or exchanged for real money, and are not property you own.
- Mini-games use virtual points only and are for entertainment; no real-money gambling is offered.
- We may adjust, reset or remove virtual balances and items, for example during server wipes, to fix errors, or to address abuse.
5. Game server management
- Access to the ARK management dashboard is granted by AYNOO administrators and may be revoked at any time. Actions you take there are logged.
6. Availability
- The services are provided “as is” without warranties. They may change, be interrupted or be discontinued at any time.
- We are not responsible for loss of virtual items or data caused by outages, wipes or third-party services.
7. Termination
- We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms. You may stop using the services at any time and request deletion of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Third parties
- AYNOO is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord, Valve/Steam, Epic Games, Studio Wildcard, Ubisoft, GOG or Microsoft. Their trademarks belong to their owners.
9. Changes and contact
- We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. Questions can be sent through our support server.
