Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data AYNOO ("we", "us") collects through the AYNOO Hub website and our Discord bots, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to all services listed below.

1. Services covered

AYNOO Hub website (aynoo.net) Game server listings, ARK server management dashboard, leaderboards, shop and account pages.
AYNOO Bot Multi-purpose public Discord bot: moderation and message logs, welcome and verification, invite tracking, levels/XP and points, music, fun and info commands, and an optional AI chat channel.
AynooBot Discord bot for the AYNOO ARK community: server status and player lists, Discord ↔ in-game chat relay, Steam account linking, Discord role ↔ in-game permission sync, and moderation tools.
Bank Bot Discord bot providing a virtual, points-only economy: rewards, transfers, mini-games, loans and a mining simulation.
FreeGames Bot Discord bot that posts free-game announcements (Epic, Steam, GOG, Ubisoft, Game Pass) to a channel chosen by server admins.

2. Data we collect

Discord identifiers (all bots): your Discord user ID, username and display name, and the IDs/names of servers and channels where a bot is used.
Website accounts: when you sign in with Discord or Steam we receive your Discord ID, username and avatar, or your SteamID64 and public Steam profile name. We store a session cookie to keep you signed in.
AYNOO Bot: message content is processed to run prefix commands (e.g. a&help), to award XP for messages, and — only when a server enables message logging — to post deleted or edited messages to that server’s private log channel. Server settings, levels, points, warnings and invite counts are stored per server. In a channel configured as an AI chat channel, the last 15 messages of that channel are sent to OpenAI to generate a reply; messages outside that channel are never sent to OpenAI.
AynooBot: your linked SteamID64/EOS ID (only if you link it), your Discord roles (to grant matching in-game permissions), in-game data reported by our game servers (character and tribe names, play sessions, statistics, in-game chat), and moderation records (warnings, kicks, bans). Messages sent in channels configured for chat relay are forwarded to our game servers and stored in the chat log. Messages in our servers may be checked for posted IP addresses to stop server advertising.
Bank Bot: virtual balance, transaction history, game results, loans, mining data and reward timestamps. The bot counts that a message was sent (for activity rewards) but does not read or store message content.
FreeGames Bot: server ID, server name, the announcement channel and notification preferences. It does not collect data about individual users.

3. What we do NOT collect

We do not collect email addresses, phone numbers, real names, payment information or location data.
We do not read direct messages, and we do not sell or rent any data.
Virtual currency, points and items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be bought or cashed out.

4. How we use data

To provide each service: show server status and player lists, relay chat, link accounts, sync permissions, run the virtual economy and games, and post announcements.
To keep communities safe: enforce server rules, prevent abuse, spam and cheating.
To show leaderboards and statistics, which may display your username, in-game name and scores to other users.
To diagnose errors and improve the services.

5. Storage and security

Data is stored in databases on our own server. Access is restricted to the services that need it and to AYNOO administrators.
Bot tokens and API keys are kept outside source code, and internal APIs are only reachable from the server itself.

6. Retention

Account, economy and link data is kept while you use the services and deleted on request.
Game logs, chat logs and session history are kept for moderation and statistics and are periodically cleaned up.
When a bot is removed from a Discord server, that server’s configuration is no longer used and can be deleted on request.

7. Sharing

We do not share personal data with third parties, except when required by law or to protect our users and services.
We rely on Discord, Steam and Epic Online Services to provide sign-in and game identifiers; their own privacy policies apply to data they hold.
Messages in an AI chat channel of the AYNOO Bot are processed by OpenAI to generate replies, under OpenAI’s API data policies.

8. Your choices and rights

You can unlink your Steam account, stop using a bot, or ask us to show, correct or delete your data at any time.
Server administrators can remove a bot from their server at any time.
To make a request, contact us through our support server (link below). We respond within 30 days.

9. Children

Our services follow Discord’s Terms of Service and are not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country).

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version; significant changes will be announced in our Discord server.
